The Ride: My usual out and back effort on Sunday following church service with two 60 minute intervals. Nothing big to note for today other than everything felt good. My legs were a little sore from yesterday's 60 mile ride, but they seemed okay with getting to L3 for most of the 2 hour out and back effort. I struggle in a few places and lost some momentum because of traffic so I was a little slower than last Sunday. Strange though because I felt better today. Data keeps me honest.
