Goal:
Tempo type pace and get used to being tucked in aero position
Ride Description:
I would love to say that I held a pure tempo pace for the full two hours, but that was not possible. I had too many momentum killers. I did okay despite some gusty blast of headwinds and winds coming from the side. Since I did L4 intervals yesterday I wasn't trying to push too hard today.

About 12 miles from the end I saw someone just off the back and later found out that it was Gilberto. He was on my wheel for a good while and then came on around. From there I held his wheel for a number of miles and thought at any moment my legs were going to give in, but I managed to hold on to his pace to the end. Good job Gilberto! Thanks for the brisk pace and nice to have met you.
