Ride Description:

It was a rough start with once again, a queasy stomach and several pre-ride bathroom visits. Later in the ride the discomfort seemed to dissipate, but I still did not have the power in my legs to keep a good pace. However, after thinking at mile 5 or so that I was going to have to return home to be near a bathroom all day finishing with 83 miles seems okay to put in the books.
