Goal: 4 hour endurance type training with a steady cadence and minimized coasting or stops.
The Ride:
Not much exciting to post about a solo endurance training ride. I was a little disappointed that my legs seemed to struggle recovering following the Wednesday July 4th group ride. They had plenty of days to recover, but for whatever reason really seemed fatigued today. Oh well, I will just keep beating my legs into submission until they learn to wake up and obey the commands. Other than that I enjoyed the 75 miles.
