I am not sure if it was training during the week or what it was, but my legs just did not want to participate today. They did improve a little based on feeling about mile 40, but it was just one of those days I guess.Weather was kind of dreary as well and has been for days now. It has rained pretty much all week, but the blessing was getting just enough break at the right time for a Saturday morning quick ride before the next weather front moves in this afternoon with more rain.
Looks like I will be back on the trainer for the Sunday afternoon session.
