Ride Description:

Out and Back on my usual route. Still way off on fitness, but I am seeing some positive change on the data and how I am feeling overall. On the way back was almost all sustained headwind with the intensity picking up as time went. I felt like I endured well pushing against it and it was a good mental test with legs burning at times.
