Goal:

Very low intensity to rehab double leg strains

Ride Description:

Great to get outside for a low intensity ride. I tried to keep it under 100 watts and was quickly reminded by the injured areas when I did get to about 150 watts. This was a good ride at the end of the first physical therapy week. Next week I move to Phase 2 where I will pick it up just a little more.
