Fairly happy with this out and back effort. Where I normally cruise on Sunday following a Saturday effort I tried to spice it up a little more. I could feel the fatigue from riding yesterday, but felt okay with this ride. Of course I had to slow down in some of the congested areas and that brought down the average speed.
