Ride with Mike, Neal and Laurie on my out and back route. This was a tough ride for me and I am not in the same fit condition as they are. The last 20 miles was even more of a struggle and for the first time in many years I started getting the beginning feeling of cramps.

Out and back and spin. There were some large groups rolling out from the brewery on this very chilly May morning. I saw Mark among them and later he caught up with me for a few miles. He turned back and I kept going north. Pretty much just out spinning and trying to keep some fitness.
