JRA (just riding around) with Neal on a roads selected by Neal as we went along. Just another great day out on the bike the temperature was great the breeze a bit stiff at times. Our pace was casual for the most part and good conversation along the way. Great day on the bike spinning the cranks and enjoying new roads.I think this casual pace leaves me in a spot where my legs should be able to handle intervals starting tomorrow through Thursday and then hopefully start stretching saddle time again.
