Today was mainly to get out of the house and enjoy the weather. I figured the Comet would be busy and it was so my pace going out was careful and slower navigating around families and others.Starting back from the 20 mile marker I passed a guy wearing an East Point Track Club kit and he looked like a very fit cyclist. It wasn't long before he came around me and I held his pace for the remaining 18 miles. His smooth and consistent pace was a pleasure and very predictable to pace. Even with a faster speed my effort was pretty low as indicated by the low intensity factor (IF).
