Ride Description:

Much like yesterday except there were less people, less coughing on my part and less miles. Same pace and low intensity at as steady pace as possible. 

Before I got this flu I was starting what I called Phase 1, which was nothing more than just picking up cycling in general. I feel as if it is too early and I am too much out of shape to start trying to do back to back days of high Tempo or low Threshold. Phase 1 was basically moving into "ride lots" and that alone. Now I hope am recovered enough from this illness to start back with Phase 1 and I hope that Phase 2 will come soon after. Phase 2 will be moving more into a structured plan.
