Ride Description:
Out and back and easy spin. A lot of wind and quite a few people and families on the trail. Some people seemed to be new and had no idea of path etiquette. All the bathrooms were locked as if the county was saying screw the governor for opening up the parks and trails.

Ride Description:
We started later from the Budweiser Plant. It was an impromptu meeting with Mike, Peter and Neal. Neal split off about 15 miles out. We pushed north against a stiff headwind and were so glad at the turn point to take the tailwind back.
Great riding with the guys.

Ride Description:
Day # whatever into this sort of Shelter in Place and fortunately for us our governor allows us some freedom to exercise for fitness. I started later because of the chilly temperatures and started from my usual spot at the Bud Plant. There were a lot of cars in the lot and later on I saw a lot of people out at Sosebee Bike Park.
Rolling out of the brewery there was a cyclist wearing a bright yellow jersey and helmet. I thought I would just keep a certain pace off her 6 and early on I thought she was going to leave me. That would have been fine with me, but eventually I caught up with her and eased on by. From that point I was solo the rest of the way and only one other guy came by me like I was sitting still. He went by quickly and I was back to being solo.
The ole LOOK ran well with a cleaning this morning and a new hot wax treatment. Sweet!
It was a beautiful day to be out. Great to see so many out enjoying the day and trying to keep some fitness during this Covid-19 thing.
Interesting at the end there were several cyclists talking casually. They were all talking about wearing scrubs, the cost of scrubs and if the hospitals supports cleaning. They were laughing and seemed to be enjoying the day. They did not seem stressed or freaked out. They were standing near each other and about to ride together. Right or wrong it gave me a good feel that if they are not that worried about it than should I be? The fact is I have not felt an ounce of anxiety over this since it started.

Ride Description:
We are currently in moment of time like I have not experienced in my life. With the Covid-19 or Coronavirus spreading worldwide much has been shutdown and people are isolating as needed or by mandates. Our governor has not called out state into a lock down in our homes and I am grateful. One of the things we are requested is to keep at a distance from one another and not be in groups. Among many other precautions. I am by no means an expert on this subject so I will avoid getting into the details of this.
It was great to get out for a solo ride.

Ride Description:
Out and back and easy spin on the Comet. Just for historical or hysterical purposes this ride was during the time of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus). We have been advised to stay in our homes and away from people except for certain necessities. I don't see the harm on being outside and away from people. On the other hand I am aware that after yesterday's 70 mile ride combined with today could lower my immune system so I did an easy spin and shorter miles. Plus, I finished just before it started raining.
