Ride:
Right out of the gate I was on the wheels of Joey and Laura, who I learned their names at their turn off, but for 30 minutes it was nice to sit in with them at they both kept a really nice steady pace. I did a turn or two myself and though I was hoping they would going out further, my legs were actually glad they turn off. The legs were a little too fatigued from yesterday to hold that type of pace long term. The rest of the miles I still kept a good speed when not in traffic, but my intensity level and power output was much lower. I felt like it was just a nice day to be out and burn a few more calories.
