Ride Description:

Out and Back Spin trying to get back in shape. After being sick for most of January and light spinning I am behind my typical January fitness. Hopefully this week I can start increasing the indoor intensity levels a little. 

Very few people probably because of the weather and tonight's Superbowl with the Atlanta Falcons playing. I am excited to say the least.
