It was a pleasure to join some cycling friends from NARC days and Adam from ITL Coaching and some of his associates to help with a work day at Sosebee Cycling Park. A lot of leaves were removed, paver sidewalk built, sod laid, wood stained and other items. It was a pleasure to volunteer to help with this maintenance and cleanup today. 

Following a bit of help cleaning up leaves I joined Mike and Gary for a short ride.
