It was one of those late March cold blast coming down from the north that cause most of us to bail on the early group ride and go for different options. I chose to go to the Comet after lunch with a start temperature in the low 50's. The path was mostly barren so it was nice to have a lot of time to hold pace without much thinking or maneuvering around people.Just glad I got something in today and it wasn't on the trainer. I was on that thing enough during the work week. With the bright sun I didn't mind throwing on a base layer and vest to spin the cranks for a few miles.
