Goal:

Build Endurance and survive the heat.

Ride Description:

Out and back and spin with Mark and we met Mike and Neal on the return. I was not really up to doing 80 miles today or at least that was my gut feeling. About 15 miles out Mark had already split off and I was alone when I started to fade bad. My stomach was feeling queasy and the heat was getting to me. 

Usually the first thing I do is finish this ride post and upload my data to WKO. The moment I was in I laid down in bed. I did not bother to shower or eat. With the fan blowing on me I fell asleep in a flash. Wow! That ride took a lot out of me today. Maybe it is time to cut the miles back until it cools off in the fall.
